UNDU may also provide digital tools, operational systems, communication infrastructure, AI-assisted search systems, supplier dashboards, workflow tools, booking assistance systems, itinerary systems, communication systems, staff collaboration systems, and related business support services for suppliers operating within the travel ecosystem.
By accessing, browsing, registering with, interacting with, or using the UNDU platform, website, applications, tools, systems, communication infrastructure, AI systems, APIs, or related services, users agree to comply with these Terms of Use and Service and any related policies published by UNDU.
If users do not agree with these Terms, they should discontinue use of the platform and associated services.
Nature of the Platform
UNDU is designed as a modern travel infrastructure and connection ecosystem intended to simplify discovery, communication, planning, operational workflows, and supplier interaction within the travel industry. The platform may support both travellers and suppliers through technology systems, AI-assisted tools, communication infrastructure, operational dashboards, and business support functionalities.
UNDU primarily functions as a technology-enabled travel discovery, communication, supplier connection, operational workflow, and business support platform.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- UNDU is not the direct provider of accommodations, tours, transport, guiding services, activities, or travel experiences listed on the platform.
- Travel products and services are generally provided by independent third-party suppliers.
- Travellers may communicate, negotiate, confirm, and in many cases make payments directly with suppliers.
- Supplier policies, operational procedures, pricing, availability, cancellation rules, and fulfilment terms may vary between suppliers.
UNDU may facilitate:
- Travel discovery and search
- AI-assisted recommendations
- Enquiries and communication
- Booking assistance workflows
- Supplier management systems
- Supplier collaboration systems
- Staff communication systems
- Workflow and operational tools
- Payment redirection or integrations
- Customer engagement systems

UNDU is not involved in any manner in:
- Supplier availability
- Uninterrupted services
- Pricing accuracy
- Travel outcomes
- Supplier quality
- Legal compliance of suppliers
- Traveller satisfaction
- Operational continuity
- Suitability of services for specific user requirements
All travel-related decisions are made at the discretion and responsibility of users and suppliers.
Traveller Use of the Platform
UNDU allows travellers to use digital tools, communication systems, search technologies, AI-assisted discovery systems, and supplier interaction features in order to explore destinations, identify travel services, compare options, organise journeys, and connect directly with suppliers.
Travellers may use UNDU to:
- Search and discover accommodations, guides, tours, activities, transport providers, and travel-related services
- Submit enquiries
- Communicate with suppliers
- Compare travel-related information
- Request quotations
- Organise travel plans
- Use AI-assisted search and recommendation systems
- Access destination-related information
- Connect directly with suppliers
- Make direct bookings or payments where applicable
- Access itinerary or planning assistance tools
Travellers are responsible for:
- Independently verifying supplier information
- Reviewing supplier policies
- Confirming pricing and inclusions
- Reviewing cancellation conditions
- Ensuring travel documentation and insurance
- Understanding destination risks
- Verifying suitability and safety
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Any contractual relationship relating to travel services may exist directly between the traveller and the supplier unless explicitly stated otherwise.
UNDU is not responsible for supplier-side fulfilment, cancellations, operational failures, delays, misconduct, pricing disputes, refunds, injuries, losses, or travel disruptions.
Supplier Use of the Platform
UNDU may provide suppliers with operational, communication, visibility, workflow, and business support tools intended to improve discovery, enquiry handling, traveller interaction, coordination, operational efficiency, and commercial reach.
Suppliers using UNDU may include, but are not limited to:
- Hotels
- Resorts
- Homestays
- Villas
- Lodges
- Hostels
- Camps
- Vacation rentals
- Tour operators
- Tour guides
- Travel advisors
- Destination specialists
- Experience providers
- Activity operators
- Transport providers
- Other travel-related businesses or individuals
Suppliers may use UNDU to:
- Create and manage listings
- Receive traveller enquiries
- Communicate with travellers
- Operate booking workflows
- Use supplier dashboards and operational tools
- Manage inventory or availability
- Coordinate with staff or partners
- Access AI-assisted systems
- Manage itineraries or quotations
- Use communication or collaboration systems
- Promote services within the platform
- Analyse enquiries and operational performance
Suppliers remain solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of listings
- Licences and permits
- Operational legality
- Pricing
- Communication of payments
- Taxes
- Insurance
- Operational delivery
- Refunds
- Cancellations
- Traveller safety
- Staff conduct
- Fulfilment of services
UNDU does not assume operational control over supplier businesses unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Direct Payments and Transactions
UNDU is designed primarily as a direct connection and communication platform between travellers and suppliers. Depending on the supplier, destination, or operational structure, transactions may occur directly between the traveller and the supplier without UNDU acting as the direct seller or merchant of record.
In many cases, payments may be made directly between travellers and suppliers.
UNDU may:
- Facilitate communication
- Provide payment-related tools
- Integrate third-party payment systems
- Redirect users to supplier payment systems
- Provide workflow assistance relating to transactions
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- UNDU is not the merchant of record
- Does not control supplier payment handling
- Is not responsible for supplier-side payment processing, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, delays, taxation, or service delivery failures
Users are encouraged to independently verify supplier legitimacy and payment arrangements before completing transactions.
AI-Assisted Systems and Automated Processing
As a technology-driven platform, UNDU may use AI-assisted systems, automation technologies, analytical systems, recommendation engines, language-processing tools, and operational intelligence systems to improve usability, search relevance, workflow efficiency, communication, and overall platform functionality.
UNDU may use AI-assisted systems, automation tools, recommendation systems, translation systems, search technologies, communication assistance tools, workflow systems, analytics systems, and automated organisational technologies. These systems are intended to support usability, discovery, operational efficiency, supplier workflows, communication, and platform functionality.
AI-generated or automated outputs:
- May contain limitations
- May not always be accurate or complete
- Should not be treated as professional legal, financial, immigration, medical, insurance, tax, or safety advice
Users should independently verify important or critical information where necessary.
UNDU reserves the right to train, improve, analyse, monitor, and refine AI-assisted systems using operational, behavioural, aggregated, anonymised, pseudonymised, system-generated, or platform-related data where reasonably necessary for platform improvement and business operations.
Account Registration and Eligibility
Users may be required to create accounts in order to access certain platform features.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
- Restricting unauthorised access
- Ensuring accuracy of account information
- Maintaining security of their devices and systems
UNDU reserves the right to suspend, restrict, review, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for:

UNDU may request verification or additional information from users or suppliers where reasonably necessary.
Reviews, Ratings and User Content
UNDU may allow users and suppliers to upload, submit, exchange, publish, or share different forms of content through the platform as part of communication, listings, travel discovery, operational workflows, reviews, enquiries, itineraries, or business activities.
Users may submit reviews, comments, images, messages, supplier information, listings, descriptions, itineraries, operational content, or other forms of content through the platform.
By submitting content to UNDU, users grant UNDU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable right to:
- Host
- Store
- Reproduce
- Process
- Modify
- Translate
- Distribute
- Display
- Analyse
- Index
- Promote
- Or otherwise use such content for platform operations, AI systems, analytics, marketing, business operations, localisation, and commercial purposes
Users remain responsible for ensuring submitted content:
- Does not violate applicable laws
- Does not infringe intellectual property rights
- Is not fraudulent or misleading
- Does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harmful, discriminatory, or prohibited material
UNDU reserves the right to moderate, suspend, restrict, remove, edit, reclassify, or refuse any content or listing at its discretion.
Intellectual Property
The UNDU platform, systems, designs, workflows, trademarks, branding, interfaces, AI systems, content structures, software, databases, operational methods, logos, and platform technologies remain the property of UNDU or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Users may not:
- Copy
- Reproduce
- Scrape
- Reverse engineer
- Commercially exploit
- Redistribute
- Or unlawfully use platform systems or proprietary content without permission
UNDU may use supplier-submitted and platform-generated content for operational, marketing, indexing, promotional, AI-training, analytics, localisation, and platform-related purposes.
Privacy and Data Usage
Operation of the platform may require collection, processing, storage, analysis, transfer, and operational use of different categories of information relating to travellers, suppliers, communications, platform activity, behavioural interactions, search intent, technical systems, and business operations.
Such information may be used for:
- Platform operations
- AI-assisted systems
- Analytics
- Communication
- Fraud prevention
- Platform improvement
- Business reporting
- Supplier visibility systems
- Advertising systems
- Commercial activities
Use of data is governed by the UNDU Privacy Policy and related operational policies.
Communication Consent
By using the platform, users may consent to receive:

Supplier Visibility, Rankings and Advertising
UNDU may use a combination of operational, commercial, analytical, behavioural, AI-assisted, subscription-related, sponsorship-related, engagement-based, and technical systems to determine visibility, recommendations, rankings, and discovery patterns within the platform.
Supplier rankings, visibility, recommendations, featured placements, advertising visibility, search positioning, and AI-assisted recommendations may be influenced by operational, behavioural, technical, commercial, analytical, sponsorship, engagement, subscription, performance, quality, or system-related factors.
UNDU does not guarantee visibility, lead generation, enquiries, bookings, ranking positions, or commercial outcomes.
Sponsored or promoted placements may appear within the platform.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
The platform may integrate with or connect to third-party systems including:
- Payment providers
- Maps
- AI systems
- Communication tools
- Analytics providers
- APIs
- Travel systems
- Booking engines
- Cloud infrastructure
- External websites
UNDU is not responsible for third-party services, systems, interruptions, content, conduct, security, or policies.
Users interacting with third-party systems may also be subject to separate third-party terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Due to the dynamic nature of travel operations, supplier-side fulfilment, internet infrastructure, third-party systems, and AI-assisted technologies, UNDU cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of all services at all times.
The platform and services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNDU does not provide warranties relating to:
- Uninterrupted platform availability
- Accuracy of content
- Supplier reliability
- Travel outcomes
- System compatibility
- Financial outcomes
- Commercial performance
- Suitability for specific purposes
UNDU does not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, delays, security incidents, or technical limitations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNDU shall not be liable for:
- Acts or omissions of suppliers
- Cancellations
- Delays
- Injuries
- Losses
- Disputes
- Pricing inaccuracies
- Force majeure events
- Technical interruptions
- Data loss
- Third-party conduct
- Travel disruptions
- Fraud by external parties
- Supplier-side failures
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
Users acknowledge that travel involves operational, logistical, environmental, legal, financial, health, political, transportation, weather-related, and destination-specific risks.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNDU, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, investors, partners, licensors, technology providers, and associated entities from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from:
- Misuse of the platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Supplier-side disputes
- Unlawful activities
- Intellectual property violations
- User-generated content
- Operational conduct connected to the platform
Platform Changes, Commercial Rights, Suspension and Operational Control
UNDU operates in a rapidly evolving technological, commercial, operational, and regulatory environment. In order to maintain flexibility, scalability, legal compliance, commercial viability, platform security, investor readiness, operational continuity, and long-term sustainability, UNDU requires broad rights to manage, modify, expand, suspend, commercialise, restructure, and operate the platform and associated services.
UNDU may, at its discretion and where reasonably necessary, modify, update, suspend, restrict, discontinue, replace, or remove any part of the platform, including:
- Platform features
- Pricing structures
- Subscription plans
- Enquiry systems
- Booking workflows
- AI-assisted systems
- Dashboards
- Communication tools
- Supplier tools
- Integrations
- APIs
- Content structures
- Operational models
- Monetisation systems
- Advertising systems
- Analytics systems
- Any related services or functionalities
UNDU may introduce new services, discontinue existing services, impose usage limitations, revise access conditions, or modify commercial structures without prior approval from users where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, legal, technical, regulatory, security, investment, scalability, or business reasons.
UNDU reserves the right to:
- Revise or update these Terms of Use and Service
- Revise platform policies
- Modify eligibility requirements
- Change pricing or fee structures
- Introduce paid or restricted features
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Restrict access to certain services
- Refuse platform usage
- Investigate suspicious activities

- Remove listings or content
- Limit visibility or platform access
- Take reasonable actions necessary to protect the platform, users, suppliers, business interests, operational integrity, reputation, security, commercial viability, or long-term sustainability of UNDU
UNDU may also:
- Collaborate, merge, restructure, license, transfer, outsource, assign, sell, or partner with other businesses, investors, technology providers, travel companies, infrastructure providers, payment providers, data partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party commercial entities
- Transfer operational responsibilities between entities
- Restructure ownership, operations, technology infrastructure, or commercial relationships as part of business growth, investment activity, acquisition, merger, restructuring, or expansion
As part of such activities, UNDU may share, transfer, process, license, host, analyse, distribute, or operationally use platform-related data, content, supplier information, listings, system-generated information, aggregated insights, operational metadata, analytics, or platform assets where reasonably necessary for lawful business operations, infrastructure management, commercial partnerships, analytics, platform improvement, operational continuity, acquisitions, investment activities, or service delivery.
UNDU does not aim to sell personally identifiable traveller information as a standalone personal data product to unrelated third parties. Where reasonably possible, commercial analytics and business activities will rely on aggregated, anonymised, pseudonymised, behavioural, operational, or system-generated information.
Continued use of the platform following any operational, technical, commercial, legal, policy, or structural changes may constitute acceptance of the updated terms, policies, systems, or operational framework where permitted under applicable laws.
Governing Law and Operational Jurisdiction
UNDU currently operates under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of India.
However, UNDU may, at its discretion and where reasonably necessary for operational, regulatory, commercial, investment, technical, administrative, or business purposes, establish, relocate, expand, restructure, or operate entities, infrastructure, services, data operations, or business activities in other jurisdictions or countries without requiring approval from users of the platform.
In such cases, the governing law, operational jurisdiction, dispute resolution framework, data processing jurisdiction, or applicable legal structure may be updated or modified in accordance with the laws and regulatory requirements of the relevant jurisdiction where the applicable UNDU operating entity or service is based.
Continued use of the platform following such operational or legal changes may constitute acceptance of the revised governing framework where permitted under applicable laws.
GDPR and International Privacy Principles
Where applicable, UNDU aims to operate in alignment with relevant privacy and data protection principles, including GDPR-related guidelines and similar international privacy frameworks.
UNDU aims to process personal information in a lawful, transparent, and proportionate manner while taking reasonable steps to protect user information, support user rights, and maintain responsible data handling practices.
Depending on jurisdiction and applicable laws, users may have rights relating to:
