The main application through which travellers interact with the UNDU.ai ecosystem.

The system is AI-driven and works through question-and-answer-based interaction. Instead of relying only on fixed search filters, the platform studies traveller requirements through discussions and builds detailed search intent to identify suitable suppliers from its growing global supplier database.

Based on traveller interests, destinations, travel themes, budgets, and preferences, the system identifies suitable accommodation providers, guides, operators, and travel services.

The application also includes traveller profiles, wish lists, loyalty systems, itinerary management, collaboration tools, and travel planning features. Future development phases are expected to include automated travel blogging tools, traveller forums, community systems, and integrated travel-related shops.

Undu Room Connect

Designed for hotels, homestays, resorts, serviced apartments, and other stay providers. The platform includes enquiry management, direct booking systems, payment handling, and a voice- and text-driven PMS designed to help properties manage daily operations directly from mobile devices.

The system supports guest communication, direct bookings, pricing management, check-in and check-out handling, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational coordination through a connected mobile-based environment.

Properties can complete bookings and payment processes directly with guests through the platform. At the same time, the system can also work alongside preferred OTA partners selected by the supplier whenever required.

The system also includes a voice-driven Tour Management System (TMS) that helps operators manage itineraries, payments, reporting, operational activities, customer communication, and day-to-day business management from mobile devices.
