The platform is being developed to connect travellers, hotels, homestays, tour operators, local guides, and other travel service providers through a single connected system.
UNDU.ai is being built with its technology and support operations based in India, while international operations will begin from Ireland.
Our Background
The company was founded by people with many years of experience in travel operations, destination management, customer service, and technology systems. The idea for the platform came from long-term involvement in the travel industry and direct interaction with travellers and suppliers across different countries.

Our Infrastructure
The UNDU.ai infrastructure currently includes three main systems.
Undu for Travellers
Designed to help travellers search, compare, communicate, and connect directly with travel suppliers based on their interests and travel requirements.
Undu for Accommodations
Designed for hotels, homestays, and other stay providers. It includes direct guest communication tools, a voice- and text-driven PMS, booking engine, payment system, and operational tools that help properties manage enquiries, bookings, guest communication, and day-to-day operations from a single platform.
Undu for Tour Guides and Tour Operators
Built around 21 travel themes. The system helps operators understand traveller requirements, create itineraries, manage discussions, collect payments, and operate tours through a connected mobile-based platform. It also includes a voice-driven Tour Management System and itinerary builder.
B2B Partnership System
In addition, the UNDU.ai infrastructure includes a B2B partnership system that allows travel businesses to work together online, manage communication, check availability, and complete bookings through a shared platform environment.
Current Status
UNDU.ai is currently preparing for the launch of its services and future international expansion.
